The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and have wonderful bedside manner. I’m always surprised that they remember us when we come in - which is not that often! - and just speaks to the level of care and attention they give their patients. From the water & snack options provided in the lobby, to the treasure chest that kids get to pick a toy from, to the books & activities in the waiting room, the attention to detail is clear in everything they do.”

Reception was quick and helpful, the MAs doing vitals and check in were so patient and good with the kids. Even better than some that work at our primary care office. “I took my son to rainbow kids yesterday with a cough and fever that wouldn’t go away. The staff were so amazing with him! He had an x-ray and we found out he has walking pneumonia. They immediately did breathing treatments with him - in the room - and got him set up with medications and treatment to continue at home. We are so impressed with the staff, the beautiful office and all the details they put in to making kids comfortable. There’s no better urgent care around.“
